Website & CDMP v14

We wanted to put a quick post about the changes to the website and the upcoming version 14 of the CDMP.

We are still working on the latest revision of website to provide more content and assessment tools as requested by our customer groups – thank you!

In the meantime, we had to take down the countdown counter to provide details on the product and leadership as required by our partners.

We will be hosting the first walkthrough for our partners in two weeks, so please watch your email for the invitation.

We will be converting all relevance posts, support documentation, and KB content over the next two months as we go live with our community portal, service desk, and new chat support system.

CDMP v14

We know everyone is excited for the GA of version 14, but we are working on conversion testing from v9+. As most of you know, this is a mandatory upgrade and all on-premise installations will be phased out by 2022.

We thank everyone who has participated in the BETA conversions, and those who have provided us with integral feedback during our last 5 sprints. Without you, none of this would be possible.

We will have the press release ready by the end of the month, if you would like to have a copy of it first, just let us know. For those of you who have opted to have your organization listed, you will automatically receive the draft 3 days before.
